When I bought my first car, I played this album as I drove it out of the dealership. Inspired by that moment, I re-designed the cover to evoke a summery, beachy, and relaxed feel—mirroring the soothing harmonies of the music. The repetition in the imagery captures that laid-back summer vibe, reminiscent of surfing days spent at the beach.

I used a black and white image to create a vintage yet intentionally modern aesthetic. The vibrant yellow contrasts beautifully with the monochrome elements, infusing energy into the design. To enhance the contemporary vibe, I chose a sans-serif typeface that complements the overall look, making it feel fresh and inviting.

Knowing this isn’t the typical Beach Boys aesthetic, I challenged myself to create a design in my style, pushing the boundaries of their classic image while celebrating the music that means so much to me.
